The property is a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the main township of Sussex Inlet.
After launching your boat from the boat ramp only two minutes away, moor it to your own private jetty, relax and unwind.

There is an external security camera at the property located above the driveway only, and guest's privacy will not be affected.
