Surfside Last Resort 1 awaits your arrival!

Want to stay at one of the most desired beaches in the south without breaking the bank. We are offering this season our updated one bedroom condo for your comfort and pleasure. Great amenities and great location. Across the street from the beach so it's close enough to walk to everything! You will not find a better deal for the location and amenities at Surfside. Surfside is a family beach. Our condo is perfect for 2 adults. It can sleep four but we do not recommend it. it is really to small for four people and we have a 2 bedroom condo that would fit that need much better a little further down Ocean Blvd. Just let us know if you need a bigger place. You must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent and stay at our properties. This is not a party place. No smoking, vaping, parties, loud noise, or pets allowed. We love service animals and everything they do to support their owner, however, there are family members here with respiratory and other health issues that do not allow us to except service animals at this time. Any questions we did not answer? Just ask.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

Great Escape

The condo was as advertised. Clean. Well equipped. Steps from the beach. Quiet complex. I was in town to visit with family that was staying in a house 2 blocks away. I really enjoyed having my own place to stay at the end of the day. I loved sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine watching the waves. The condo is just 2 blocks from many restaurants. Thank you for sharing your condo. I will definitely stay with you again.

Great location!

This was the perfect location for us to meet up with other family members renting a home down the street. We enjoyed walking to restaurants each evening for dinner and entertainment. The short walk to the beach was great as well.

Fantastic location

My husband and I were bringing our daughter back to school and decided to make a vacation out of it. The condo has all you need. The beach is right across the street, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. This is our second time here and will stay again. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony after a day at the beach. Our overall impression of the property is Good! For us, the condo was just too small. We are golfers and as such our "closet space' was just too small to accommodate our golf clothing and & clothing. It was our fault for not really exploring the size of the condo. A full door at the bedroom would be nice. We loved being so close to the ocean. We would walk it on the days we weren't playing golf. Also, the opening of the new pier was an additional plus! The other occupants in this condo were very friendly and helpful on where to go on our vacation. We enjoyed our time at Surf Side.

We had a wonderful time across the street from the beach. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay away from home. A short walk to the beach and some local restaurants. The price was fair and the place was decorated beautifully. I would definitely recommend this place.

PERFECT!!! The location of the property was great, walk right across the street to the beach.. Then down the block to all the restaurants and bars. Not too big, not too small, it had everything we needed amd wanted! I will definitely book this property in the future! Host was very informative and responded quickly to any questions I had.
