**Second year staying here, for the RUN 2 Sun car show.

this was our second year staying at this house for the RUN 2 Sun car show. This house is a great spot for large groups of people. We rent both sides, Pleasures and Treasures, both together they will sleep 40 people.. If you a large group, this house is for you! Would stay again!

Awesome accommodations!!!

Everything was just as advertised. Eight nice bedrooms each with a bathroom. Right on the beach. Two very nice decks with a beautiful view. Two kitchens in one so a fridge for food and a fridge for drinks. Living room area perfect for a large group to sit around and chat as was the lower deck. We will definitely return! Had one minor issue which management was quick to respond to.

Love this place!!

Our large family stays in a house together at the beach every year. Every year there is something that someone does not like about where we stay so we have only stayed in the same location a couple of times over the years. Finally, this year, there were no complaints and it was unanimous to try and stay at this huge house again next year. Very convenient access to the beach, lots of activities and restaurants nearby, nice area, clean house, great little pool. Did not hear the other occupants on the other side through the walls. Great communication with the owner. Absolutely great stay!!

Fantastic spot w/great Management!

A few fellas went on a golf outing in the Myrtle Beach area and were looking for a place to stay together that was convieny located to both the courses and the beach. Look no further than Maureen’s duplex. Absolutely fantastic stay, great location, great house (very spacious and nice amenities as advertised) and great communication from Maureen. Couldn’t recommend it any higher. Absolutely 5 star stay!!

Perfect for a big family!!

Just stayed here, for the RUN 2 SUN car show with a large group of friends. This house was great!! Only thing that would have made it better would have been if the pool was heated!! Already looking at next years price!

Wonderful Christmas weekend!

This is our 2nd year staying at the property and we love it! There is the perfect amount of bedrooms/bathrooms for our large family and the view is unbeatable. Maureen is also very responsive. Only a few opportunities for improvement - one of the bathrooms toilets would not stop running, the kitchen sink water pressure was very low and we had a little trouble getting hot water downstairs. We will definitely stay here again, it's becoming our new family tradition!

Great House, Location and Owner

House was perfect for my friends and I. We all had a nice room and bathroom and the view was amazing. So close to the water you could hear the water crashing. One of the best parts many over look is the owner. I had some shirts ordered to the house that came before we got there and she made sure they were picked up from outside the house and put inside for us. We left some stuff behind and she went out of her way to make sure we got that back too. The owner was just amazing. Thank you again for everything. Stay here and enjoy the house and location. Great rental here.

Beautiful stay

This beach house offers so much. Plenty of room and space for all of us. Little kids had a great time because even though it rained we were able to keep a race track set up for them without giving up any space. Kitchen was stocked and made it easy to cook. Plenty of seating inside and out, beautiful views of the ocean and covered balconies that let us be outside during the rain. Ms. Maureen was an excellent host and was very responsive to all our needs and questions. She even apologized for the rain, nothing she had control over. Great place and we recommend renting this beautiful property from her.

Great location

Pros..location, location, location. So close to beach..also loved the pool. House was spacious. Loved 2 fridges, 2 washers and 2 dryers. Cons...both dishwashers were missing cover to hold wash pod. So we put them in the silverware compartment. Dishwasher on right worked really well. The other one did not wash. Just sprayed some water. So many steps inside and out. Apparently floors only get vaccumed or swept. They really need to be scrubbed.

This house is So much bigger than the pictures reflect and very nicely laid out for the family to be together. Everyone loved this place and the beach was awesome. We will be back!!

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at P's Pleasures. Maureen was easy to contact prior to arrival to make sure we had the right address for golf cart and grocery delivery. We had a few maintenance issues, but the response was quick and the maintenance guy was great. We loved the pool, proximity to the beach, and comfortable living room furniture. The internet and cell service was spotty and didn't cause issues for me, but one person staying was trying to work remotely and it didn't work out great for him. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and silverware. The only thing I wished was different was that it would have been great to have bunk beds in one or two rooms for the kids, but the queen beds in all of the rooms would be perfect for a golf getaway or if all adults are staying at the property.

Highly recommend the house and location.

Overall it was a great trip. Location and layout was good for the whole family. Might want to tell cleaning crew they should be checking balconies as there were cigarette or weed butts in the gap between the floor boards. We suggest washer door downstairs be left open at night to dry out. Mold had formed and we had to run the washer cleaning cycle 3 times and dry the rubber seals. All in all it was a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend to friends and their families

Golfers get away

We had 8 guys stay here for our annual golf trip. First time to Myrtle Beach. The house was perfect. Each guy had their own bedroom, and bathroom. The current pictures on vrbo do not do this home justice. Its mostly all been updated. The exterior, interior, and outside decks have all been updated. Nice big living room and kitchen with new furniture. Big TV's in all the bed rooms and living room. 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves. 2 wash machines and dryers. 2 dish washers. Both floors have a nice size deck to enjoy the view. You are literally just steps away from the ocean. The house was very clean and has all the amenities your golf group or family and friends will need. Maureen our host was spectacular. Very easy to get in touch with if needed and always very responsive. Do yourselves a favor and book this home. You will not be disappointed!

Bad taste

I rented this property for a few nights in March and shortly before the trip I was contacted by the host directly by phone and text. She claimed that there was a mold problem discovered in renovations(summary). And she could not allow us to stay there. I kinda panicked as this was a big group of people I was leading and it was so close. I asked her if she could find me something else the same size and close by or if she had something like that in her portfolio. Well she gave me 1 option that was a good bit smaller and didn’t have nearly as many features. I was mostly happy with this until I realized it wasn’t going to be big enough but it was so close to arrival time at that point I just had to get something additional which of course added costs to the trip which I ate because my friends already paid me. Anyway, we made the most of it…. But my host here didn’t cancel or refund me and as far as I know just double booked it and made some extra money. Had I gotten a refund and booked the house she used in replacement I would’ve spent $400 less or so don’t have the math in front of me. Anyway this whole thing really has me upset and I feel like I was taken advantage of.

Restful vacation

House was beautiful! Location was wonderful unfortunately the weather didn't permit the beach but just being next to it was great. Would definitely stay here again but during the summer. My whole family had a blast.

Property was nice with a great location

The best part of this house is the kitchen with two refrigerators and dishwashers. The deck was also a selling point. Eight bedrooms with their own baths. The negative is that it can sleep 16 in the bedrooms and the other 4 to make up 20 are guests that have to sleep in pull outs in the living room. Overall a nice place to stay but could need some
