PROPERTY AMENITIES
High Speed Internet, Televisions (There is a Television in the Den/Office and in Every Bedroom but there is no Television in the Main Living Room Area by the Kitchen), Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Pillows & Comforters, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

*The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the credit card or e-check account must match the name on the reservation.

Great stay, 3 bedrooms

Great, beautiful place directly on beach with everything we needed. The decor is beautiful and the windows and patio are lovely view of the beach and ocean. There is no pool, but that was clear in the listing. The only thing I would mention is that calling this 4 bedroom is a little bit of a stretch. The 4th “bedroom” is a pullout sofa in a small tv room off the main area. It is connected to the same bath as one of the bedrooms and has no closet. It is also the only TV that is really for family viewing. The main living/dining/ kitchen area is notably comfortable and spacious but does not have a TV and our family likes to watch the French Open, NBA playoffs etc together each year. Because we had planned on 4 bedrooms (not a pull out in a main area) we had someone sleeping in there and couldn’t enjoy watching as a family. Other than that, the place was great and we had a wonderful vacation
