¡Hogar lejos del hogar! Esta hermosa casa adosada se encuentra frente al mar, a pasos de la playa. Se hospedará en la casa de playa de nuestra familia, por lo que puede esperar todas las comodidades y comodidades del hogar durante su estadía. Las actualizaciones en 2019 incluyen todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, pisos nuevos en toda la casa y puertas / ventanas nuevas.

Esta casa tiene tres dormitorios, dos baños y medio. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble con baño en suite y cuenta con un balcón con impresionantes vistas al océano. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y el tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. La casa duerme un total de 6 huéspedes adultos. Un sofá cama también está disponible.

El piso principal es un diseño de concepto abierto, con la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar abiertos y acogedores para reuniones familiares. Camine directamente desde la sala familiar a su porche privado con las sillas del capitán sentadas para admirar la hermosa vista al mar. Hay una piscina en el patio y una terraza para tomar el sol. Garaje privado para 2 coches. Lavadora y secadora en el 2do piso.

La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos para 2019. Está completamente equipado con todos los elementos esenciales necesarios para cocinar una comida casera. Los electrodomésticos pequeños incluyen una licuadora, una olla de cocción lenta, una cafetera, Keurig y una tostadora. También hay una parrilla de gas (propano no garantizado).

Se proporciona internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad. Cable básico y Smart TV en el salón principal y el dormitorio principal disponibles para conectarse a su cuenta de Netflix o Amazon. Relájese con su música favorita con un altavoz bluetooth Bose.

Perfect for our family of 5!

This was the perfect getaway for our family! The townhouse was clean, had all the accommodations we needed, right on the beach with a nice pool where we could watch the kiddos play when we took breaks from the beach. Chris was a great communicator and gave us some great recommendations for while we were there! Surfside offered a great family feel, and night life was only a short drive away! We hope to be back! All our neighbors were super friendly as well and my daughter's have gone home with a penpal from Canada! Thank you Chris for allowing us to make some beautiful memories in your space!

Great place, BUT....

Great place and LOVED the private beach access but only downside is that there was 6 of us and there was hardly any toilet paper enough for us for 3.5 days that we had to go buy more. There were no trash bags provided as well. I contacted the owner and he got back to me right away but told me they don't provide which I was unaware and a little shocking. He was nice and gave me a little refund credit for the inconvenience. These rentals are charging so many fees already, they should be providing these necessity items for guests.

A piece of paradise

The house was great, perfect for a family, in our case it was our family of 4 and grandparents. The deck overlooked the pool and the beach. The kids loved the pool. We had one SUV in the garage, and a truck outside the garage. Space worked great for us! The house was well stocked, though we didn't use anything but the refrigerator, but was nice in case we did need it. My favorite part was the area in front of the townhomes marked private beach, and it truly was private for us. Not crowded and everyone in that area looked out for each other.

Great Beach Getaway!

My husband, daughter and I stayed one week and we wished we stayed longer! I have been going to the Surfside/Garden City area for 25+ years and this was our first time staying at this townhouse. It was great! Had everything we needed and was so close to everything!! The pool was very convenient being so close as well. Very nice being able to park our vehicle in our own garage attached to the townhouse. The rental manager was awesome at communicating with us. Everything was simple from booking to checking out. Hopefully we can book for next summer and bring our newborn son❤️

Everything you would want!!!

A great condo in a perfect location! We were thrilled at how close the property was to the beach, literally a two minute walk! The master bedroom balcony provides a perfect spot to watch the sun rise while having your first cup of coffee. This unit was, bar none, the most well-stocked of any property we have rented! Erin has thought of everything and is the perfect host! You will not be disappointed in your stay here!

Amazing place

We went down for a friends birthday, we got to meet the owner as he was on a vacation hisself, he was a super nice guy so friendly! He told us his daughter was the one who run the unit we stayed in she was always so fast to respond. The unit was super nice and very clean!! We all enjoyed our stay and have already talked about renting from this daddy/daughter duo again for our next beach trip!!
