Unbelievable Sunrises from the third-floor balcony!
3 bedroom 2 bath condo third-floor oceanfront in Surfside. Recently and continually updated and ready for you to make your memories! The Master bedroom has all new furniture and a remodeled bathroom with a custom pebble floor shower & a new 50-inch TV! New furniture and bedding in the second bedroom which now has a queen bed and a single over double bunk bed & a new ceiling fan and a new 50-inch TV. The bedside lamps in all bedrooms have built-in USB charging ports for those important electronics to be charged! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools needed to prepare whatever meal you have in mind. Oceanfront Windows were just tinted to reduce glare and reflect heat making your stay more comfortable and the condo more efficient along with new plantation shutters throughout. There is a storage room downstairs for all the beach stuff and there are 3 assigned undercover parking spaces for the condo, That kind of parking is hard to come by! Linens are provided as well, check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. The condo is close to everything, every type of restaurant you could imagine is within 10 minutes and the same for shopping. There is a 3D model of the condo on our Facebook page "Princeton house 1 unit 6" for more interior views.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

I would highly recommend this vrbo - it was beautiful, spacious, the location in surfside was lovely and the view of the ocean was stunning. We had 5 people stay there and there was plenty of room for all of us. Plus, we had an additional 4 family members come over to visit. There was plenty of seating for everyone, and the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen made the family feel like we were all together, even when we were doing different things. I've never seen a vrbo so well equipped - everything we needed was readily available.And the owner, Kevin, was quick to respond, gracious and so helpful. The only thing I would warn about is that this is not a good option if anyone in your group has bad knees or gets easily winded. There are 4 flights of stairs - but the view and the vaulted ceilings are totally worth it - if stairs aren't a problem for you!

I don’t think we could have chosen better! The beach condo had everything we needed, was exceptionally clean and updated, and communication with the host was excellent. The location was perfect for our family. We appreciated the ocean balcony view, listening to the waves at night, and the beach chairs that were provided. Gas station/grocery store just a few blocks away. We hope to return again someday!

The Perfect Getaway

This was exactly what we needed. Charming yet spacious, full of everything we needed, and right on the water! We didn't even leave the property. We just camped out for three days of luxurious beach living. It was that lovely. After the first night, I was already calling my husband to say we need to bring the kids for a family vacation.
