We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property , steps from the beach, quiet area, nicely decorated home with all u need to cook and enjoy. Would definately book again.

We had an amazing time with 2 families staying at this property. The location is perfect! Steps from the beach and away from the crazy Myrtlw Beach traffic. We will definitely be looking into staying hwre again!

The location was great and we have rented houses the last 18 years for beach week from OBX to the Isle of Palms. The house needs some interior TLC. Decor was mismatched and was ok but needs some updating. All in all the stay was good. Thanks

Great location and space for large fam

We enjoyed our stay! With a aging grandparent rank, it was important to be as close to the beach as possible. With this property, it was about a. 50 ft walk out the back gate from the pool to the steps to the beach access which was perfect.the house was perfectly situated for our family needs- every family had their own bathroom, laundry was big, and essential pots and pans were available. We rented a grill from a local company and it was cheaper but just as easy. Pool was a great way to cool Down after hot days at they beach! The porches at this house were excellent - great views (minus one house) and great breezes! Highly recommend. Only issue we had was that we didn’t receive the check in code - when we went to the surfside office, they were helpful and printed the information for our keyless entry. If you don’t have your access info by the day of, message them!

Friendsgiving Trip

House was a great setup for our Thanksgiving trip. Kitchen was perfect for cooking thanksgiving dinner and the dining room table was great for putting out the thanksgiving spread. Great location. House was clean. Nice setup with the bedrooms. Beach was right there. And if wanting some nightlife, short walk to the bars by the pier. Only cons: 1. One bathroom faucet sprayed all over the place when used. Needed screen cleaned. 2. One of the toilets would either not fill the tank sometimes or not shutoff other times. 3. Expected the kitchen to be better equipped but it wasn't. We took a lot of things with us to prepare the meals so glad we did. Coffee pot was not the right pot for the maker. Had to babysit the coffee pot when brewing to avoid overflowing the filter tray and hold the pot in the air to get the filter tray to drain into the pot. Called the first day and put in a ticket. No one ever came over 5 days to address. All minor items but worth mentioning. Overall great experience and great house. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Just perfect.

The house was just perfect. Great location, clean & spacious, well equipped. The kids loved the pool, and I loved the fenced-in yard for our puppy.

Nice place. Needs some repairs. Property Management solid in response and repairs. Overall good place for families.
