True waterfront fun comes at this home in Holden Beach just 13 miles from Shallotte Township Park. Come sail away from a prime location on the Intracoastal Waterway. Upon returning from a day of fishing, swimming, or simply soaking up the sunshine, you'll be able to head inside to relax in the home's central air conditioning. Prepare your fresh catch in the full kitchen then serve your dinner guests at the dining table with seating for eight. In addition to everything that's available at this home, you can also enjoy access to a shared swimming pool during your stay.

We found the condo clean and comfortable. It met our needs for our trip to a “beach “ wedding. Unfortunately, the storm affected our ability to take advantage of the beach access. Check in was challenging with the lock directions but the manager was responsive and gave us guidance. I would suggest that the building numbers be posted on the side of the building so they can be seen frim the parking lot. I had to search to locate our condo.

Worst place I've ever stayed at...

Worst experience... Front door lock (Schlage) was difficult to operate from the beginning. I've never seen this model before either and I have rental property. Then the lock box didn't have a key inside so we had to wrestle with the Schlage for couple of days. The screen door wouldn't latch... Lights were cool white and warm light, mixed in the same fixture. Furnishings looked like they were acquired at a yard sale. Master bath was the size of a bathroom on an RV. The kitchen was poorly furnished and looked like the cooking utensils were picked up at a Restore. The "TV" in the master br was an old Visio (not a smart tv) and was only plugged into an electrical outlet, no internet or cable attachment as no outlets in that room. The sliding glass door was so corroded the door wouldn't latch so it couldn't be secured. The wall panel in the "LR" was buckled from leaks around the slider to the deck. The sofa "farted" every time someone sat on it. Toilets were the tiny type. Bathrooms were dated and worn. Really, disappointing to the max. We we so disgusted we left 3 days early. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Everything was fine Couple after noon's weather but staying at OIB after about 40-plus years ( yes We remember the tidal bridge) we can take it. On the bad side all these keyboard locks are a pain for old people. Thanks for asking first time ever.

We had a decent weekend getaway e en though the weather was not great. The property was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to be able to smoke cigars on the deck but other than that it was a nice place to stay.

This place was perfect for our family of four, especially with 2 bathrooms! The condo was clean and tidy. The kitchen had all new appliances and was stocked with cooking and eating utensils. We loved that there were TVs in the bedrooms in case you wanted some privacy. Location was perfect!

This was a very cozy place for 3 adults and a small dog. Loved that it was close to the handicap accessible ramp for rolling our wagon and cooler out to the beach. The only problem we had was the oven did not work; however, when I called to report it, the property manager sent someone to fix it the next day. We would go back here again!

Great Get Away

The property was the perfect size for two people. The master bathroom was tiny, but with only two of us it wasn't a problem. We appreciated the abundance of towels...The balcony was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean.

Cozy and Close to the Beach

This property is comfy and incredibly close to the beach. We had a few issues with the smart range and the Chromecasts but nothing major. The only real suggestion I could offer would be that it would have been nice to have a dedicated recycling bin in the unit. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely use this property again.
