Newly added privacy louvers along the pool and deck create a completely secluded retreat, fully separated from the public walkway. For even more outdoor fun, enjoy two sets of bar-height tables and chairs, a large covered deck strung with café lights, and a dog wash hose on the boardwalk—perfect for rinsing sandy paws after beach walks. A new walkway to the dunes (2025) makes it even easier to reach the sand, so you can go from deck to beach in seconds.
Inside, the home is designed for comfort and togetherness. Inside, you'll find four beautifully appointed bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation:
Master Bedroom – Features a king-size bed and a TV for winding down after a day at the beach.
Two Guest Rooms – Each equipped with a queen-size bed and a TV for added convenience.
Bunk Room – Perfect for kids or extra guests, this room includes a bunk bed and a full-size bed, along with a TV for entertainment.
The home has Jack and Jill bathrooms shared between two rooms, making it easy for everyone to freshen up after a beach day. Stay connected with high-speed internet, and enjoy movie nights in the family room with a large TV. Every TV in the house is equipped with ROKU for streaming, so you can watch your favorite shows with ease.
