This lovely oceanfront duplex home (2 King beds, 3 Queen, 2 Twins) us located in Holden Beach West, a gated community on the private west end of the island but you'll know it simply as Eden! Incredible ocean and island views from the porches or decks! Living has two story windows with stunning Views!

Boardwalk across the dunes to wide expanse of sand and sea! Open floor plan has kitchen with counter seating, dining area and comfortable living area with 65 inch flat screen TV. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Welcome to Eden West! This is a non-smoking property.

Private gated community - guests will get their own code to get through gate.- Guests can access beach right from our property.

Great property and location. I appreciated the detailed information sent prior to my trip by the owner and the communication throughout my stay. The house has great views of the ocean from almost every room and is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a less crowded beach. As an added bonus we saw several sea turtle nests within a couple hundred feet from the houses beach access.

Holden Beach…the best!

We had a wonderful week at Holden Beach. Colton’s house was as described in the listing. We loved the large main room for hanging out and playing games. And the view through the large windows in that room…beautiful! We had plenty of room for everyone and the couch was so comfy. Colton was very responsive to an issue that came up while we were there making sure things were handled as quick as possible.

First Three Generational Vacation

We had an amazing week blending three generations for the very first time. The house fit everyone’s needs and was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the huge living area that is open to the kitchen. Colton was very attentive and provided so much information in regard to the house and activities in the area. Location is great. Love being on beach and in a private community. House was clean and well cared for. There was plenty of space for the whole family. It rained most of the time we were there, but the living room is so large and open we didn’t feel cramped.

Great Vacation

My family rented this property for the week. There are 6 of us with kids ranging from 7 - 14. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own space and the view/beach were wonderful. I love that it's not crowded and we can just enjoy our time. We locked ourselves out once and the owner was prompt on answering the phone and helping us with the situation. 5 out of 5 stars! We'll most likely be back!

Family friendly home

Amazing first impression upon entry! Gorgeous view from floor to ceiling windows in living room. This home was extremely clean, which we really appreciated. The bedrooms were all nice sized. Plenty of parking space underneath house. We loved sitting on the many decks, but it’s an issue certain times of day with lack of shade or when it rains. This house is a duplex and the beachside deck is open to the other side. Wasn’t a problem for us because no one was there. This gated community is quiet and the beach is not crowded. We spread out with no problem. The kitchen had everything we needed and the large dining table fit us nicely. Colton was very responsive to my questions and made our vacation really enjoyable! You can’t go wrong with this one!

Great place!

This house is in a wonderful location with very little traffic on the West end of the island. I highly recommend it to anyone who's family size is around 10 people. Great family beach!

Great views, excellent host and a well maintained and comfortable home in a beautiful location.

Colton was a wonderful host, with great communication and helpful information about Holden, grocery shopping and entertainment / recreation options. The house is well maintained, roomy, and well equipped with games and cookware. It's very comfortable and had fast internet and good technology. The host provided bedding, which was a nice surprise compared to some Holden rentals. Great ocean and marsh views from several of the bedrooms, and a truly horizon to horizon ocean and dune view from the living room and kitchen. There is a grill and outdoor shower to rinse after the beach. The houses past the gate are spread further apart and have better privacy, and the beach is very wide and absolutely beautiful at this end of the island.

Colton is the best host. Gives you good information prior to your trip ie; what to bring where to go etc. When I had a question he always answered quickly, and kindly. The home was set in a beautiful community. The beach was wonderful. No crowds here. The house had plenty of comfortable seating in the living room kitchen and dinning. Eden paradise

We couldn't be more happy with our experience at Eden West! We were surprised that we had an expansive view of the dunes and ocean from our deck and living room--especially from the upstairs landing. The kitchen was well-appointed and easy to negotiate with a large group. I think we used every jigsaw puzzle on the shelf during the two rainy days. The king and queen beds were very comfortable; the twin beds a little less so. We enthusiastically recommend this property and plan to come again soon!

The house with the ocean views and the ocean / beach are wonderful. The host is absolutely the best. We have traveled East Coast beaches using rental homes for decades and he is absolutely the most responsive ever. It’s a wonderful place to relax and recharge with your family. Spent an excellent week at the beach at this property. Beach was great, not crowded. Fun to walk to the end of the island during low tide! Great shells!! Bedrooms were private, everyone had their own bathroom. The balconies on the front & the back made for great sunset views and moon rises:) Definitely booking this property again

Perfect Getaway

After being confined to our homes for many months due to COVID, this was the PERFECT getaway for our family to meet up and enjoy each other's company. The house was big enough for us all to have our own space and privacy when needed. The seclusion at the end of the island was nice as well. Very peaceful and was a wonderful way to recharge before heading back to in-person learning and working. We had 6 kids with us ranging from 6 months to 10 yrs old and 8 adults. Plenty of puzzles and games to keep us busy when indoors but luckily the weather was great and we enjoyed every minute of Holden outdoors as much as possible. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze. Loved not having to worry about packing linens, they were fresh and ready for us when we arrived. Check-out was even easier and with 6 kids we greatly appreciated it! Colton was very responsive and accommodating and wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back!

Perfect house for a family vacation.

West of Eden was the perfect fit for our growing family. It has the right amount of space for all of us and with enough separation between bedrooms for small infants and personal family space. We always vacation with our closest friends and since our families have grown it has been difficult to find vacation rentals close together that are big enough to accommodate both families. West of Eden fits that bill because our friends rented East of Eden which is right next door. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for ample space for family and with plenty of spaces for parking. Another positive is that it is located in the gated section of the island and there is very little traffic on the road and only a few people out on the beach. We loved it and will reserve this place for next year.
