Walking into this charming coastal cottage you will be greeted with a bright and cheery open floor plan with natural lighting that flows through giving a warm beachy vibe. The well-stocked kitchen offers everything you need and more to make tasty home-cooked meals or to bake mouthwatering treats. The living room offers the perfect space to host a family movie night while relaxing from your busy sun-filled day in the sand and sea. Begin your mornings with your go-to beverage on the oceanfront deck listening to the coastal birds chirp and rolling ocean waves while planning your busy day.

Accommodating up to 10 guests you will find 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom is decorated with your comfort being a top priority. The popular H-style floor plan allows everyone to have their own space. Bedroom #1 is located on the east street side with a full and twin bed. Bedroom #2 is located on the east oceanfront side of the home with a king bed and large windows perfect for watching the early morning waves. There is a jack and jill bathroom connecting bedrooms #1 and #2. Bedroom #3 is ocean-facing on the west side of the home with a king bed and picture-perfect ocean view from the large ocean-facing windows. Bedroom #4 is street-facing on the west side of the home with a full-size bed and twin-size bed. There is a jack and jill bathroom connecting bedrooms #3 and #4.

Repairs needed/Location great

Location was great, however the house was in need of some repairs. While there had been some repairs/updates made, there were still some that are needed. One being the floors in several places being very weak. I thought I was going to fall through the floor in the bathroom with the tub. There were a couple of other soft spots throughout the house. The couch and love seat need replacing or at the least a good cleaning. There also needs to be some deep cleaning in places like the blinds and windows. For the price we paid, I feel like it should have at least come with the towels and wash cloths.

Needs some work

Location and household amenities were excellent. The sub floor is very weak and lots of soft spots. The tub connecting the bedrooms on left of house was clogged and had to use other one. Internet needs to be upgraded.

Holden waves

Great location. Refrigerator needs replacing as well as utensils, and dish ware. We made the best of it and enjoyed our stay. I felt it was somewhat over priced for the quality of the interior.
