Beautiful oceanfront home with private pool on the gated west end of Holden beach. This home has everything you need to complete your perfect ocean front vacation. Private pool, elevator, ping pong, shuffle board, 2 refrigerators, 2 living rooms, Smart flat screen TV`s in every bedroom, 5 1/2 bathrooms, gas grill, outdoor shower, covered and uncovered porches, and amazing views!



The main level has a large well-stocked kitchen with 2 refrigerators, a drip coffee maker & a blender. The kitchen is open to the dining room with large table that seats 8 and has additional seating at the island overlooking the living room and oceanfront sunroom. There is a master bedroom with a king sized bed and a large bathroom on this floor, as well as a half bathroom. Upstairs you will find 5 more bedrooms, 4 with 1 queen-sized bed and 1 with 2 full beds, all with their own Smart flat-screen TV, another ocean front deck, and a second living room with Smart TV! Downstairs there is a ping pong table, shuffleboard, gas grill, charcoal grill, and private walkway out to the oceanfront pool with loungers and plenty of pool deck to soak up the sun. You can also access your private ocean-front walkway out to the beach from the pool deck, or main level of the home. *Please note the fireplace is for decorative use only!*

When heated, pools typically reach a comfortable 80–84°F, depending on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.



Pool heat is added for the full length of your stay, and since Mother Nature sometimes has plans of her own, exact water temperatures can’t be guaranteed.

The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.



We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.

Our family reunion included everyone from age 2 - 72, and we had spacious accommodations to reconnect and refresh by the water. A few maintenance areas needed to be addressed, but the rental company was responsive and attentive. We enjoyed the privacy of the island’s west end and proximity to the lagoon there as well. A stocked kitchen helped us have everything we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Loved the home and the amenities and the host was very quick to communicate any problems with but there are some things that need to be addressed. The outside of the home needs to be painted/updated as it looks very dated. There were these huge red ants that bit several of us at the pool leaving welts. I did let the host know and she said it would be addressed, not sure if it was while we were still there. The back door would not lock at all but at least it was in a gated community. The internet stopped working the last 3 days and that issue was never addressed, we all had to hotspot our phones to watch tv. Also, I should have already known because of where the house is on the west end but it is such a long walk to the beach, it was too far to take the little kids more than once or twice so be prepared for that. Excellent heated pool just had to turn it off but would be great in the cooler months.

Fun Family Vacation

Beautiful House

We had a great time on a short vacation. The house is beautiful with gorgeous views. The pool is awesome and the views from each of the different private balconies are stunning. Absolutely would stay here again.

Other than the pool heater not being on initially, as advertised, there was quick response by the property manager and we were swimming in the pool IN FEBRUARY by the next day. Very spacious lovely place to stay overall.

Great Beach House in gated community.

This Beachfront House worked out great for our family of 6 adults and 6 children. The house layout is very nice, the pool was great, and got a lot of use. The decks are fantastic.

Amazing stay!

We truly had a wonderful time and loved everything about the house. The kitchen was large and our family could gather and cook dinner without crowding each other. The grill was nice to use too. Family Beach Vacation

Best vacation home

This was by far one of the best vacation home we've been to for memorial weekend where the beach is packed. Not here! In a gated community with private beach so we didnt have to battle with the crowd. House was spacious and clean. We would definitely come back.

Relaxing and peaceful

This is one of the best places we've stayed at the beach! The pool was heated for our stay in early May and we had a private boardwalk to the beach, which was practically deserted. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and had two refrigerators. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. The home was very clean!! The host and mgmt co were very responsive and communicative. We'll definitely be back!

Lovely huge house

We loved our stay, the gated community made for a more private beach experience, the owners were easy to get ahold of, the house was HUGE and everything was super clean… only complaint id have which isn’t even really a complaint bc we got the house for such a good price.. the deck and a few other areas could use minor updating but wasn’t a big deal to us!! Thank you for having us we would definitely come back!!

House was very well maintained inside…beautiful kitchen. Outside could use some TLC. Private pool was nice. You can’t see the ocean unless you are upstairs so while “on the beach”, it’s 225 steps from back porch.

The house has a great layout for multiple families - best we have stayed in regarding that. It is oceanfront which is very nice and the beach is not crowded. Check in was not easy. The house is in a gated community and the gate code we were given was wrong. We were never given the correct code. Another renter staying back that way gave us the correct gate code. The front door code to access property was wrong as well but this was corrected within 5 minutes. The internet did not work and when spectrum came out they had to replace the router because it had been deactivated with new equipment sent to the owner but not @ the beach house. Based on a May property review prior to our stay the Internet went out part way through their stay & was not fixed. The pool was never serviced the entire week. The pool has a crack & has difficulty maintaining correct water levels. 2 chaise loungers were broken. 3 umbrella holders were rusted through. 1 stand halfway worked. The outdoor dining table has a huge & sharp hole in the middle of it, decks are peeling and boards are soft in multiple places. Vertical rails along the porch are loose and are a significant fall risk for toddlers. And for some reason the bath towels provided were the smallest we have ever had - that was just odd but an easy fix with use of beach towels. There are 2 fridges which is nice. Lots of potential but outdoor area needs an overhaul.

main exit door to pool was broke couldn"t close without jamming paper in it, pool never cleaned, turned green, broken furnitur causing injury, no extra blankets. owners need to do some maintenance and upkeep. pool furniture very poor and needs repair.

Girls getaway

We stayed at this property for 5 days . It was perfect for our group of 4 older ladies. We were so thankful for the elevator, especially when unloading the car. The pool is wonderful. And of course the beach. The furniture is very comfy. The house seemed almost soundproof-no noise from tv’s or the elevator. The kitchen is well stocked with anything the cooks will need. We plan to come back to this lovely property.

Location and size of the property were good for our group, but especially the outside areas were not clean. In general, we were disappointed that the property was not well-maintained especially considering the price point. We had one broken window and two broken doors during our week stay. Rental group responded but not able to repair the doors during our stay. It’s a beautiful home but needs care.
