Amenities of this Hobbs Smart Home include keyless entry and Wi-Fi, cable smart TV, and Blu-Ray player in the living area, cable TVs in each bedroom, and an additional table area for dining or remote working. Games, puzzles, a book exchange, and a small DVD library are also available for your family's enjoyment.
Outdoor features include porch rockers, Adirondack seating, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, a picnic table for outdoor dining, beach furniture/toys, and a BBQ/smoker charcoal grill.
