This updated classic oceanfront beach cottage (1K, 2Q, 2F) invites you to sit back and relax! Delight in the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the Atlantic from the oceanside-covered porch. Enjoy family and friend time with a summer barbecue or low country boil. There are Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom, a kitchen counter that seats 4, a private walkway to the beach, a drip coffee maker and Keurig, and an enclosed hot and cold water outdoor shower. This Hobbs Smart Home (keyless entry and WIFI) is perfect for your family vacation. (Broker interest)

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.

You can choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
