Come enjoy this newly renovated inside and out beach cottage. Bright, clean beachy decor with partial ocean and marsh views. Easy beach access with just a 1/2 block paved stroll to private boardwalk out to the beach. This cottage is on a quiet family-friendly street with plenty of private parking for all. Easy entry with a keyless door lock. The covered front porch includes ceiling fans, an eating area, rockers and a gate. Out back there's a large deck with lounge chairs for sunbathing. Enjoy the shiny new well-appointed kitchen featuring a large island and coffee bar which includes its own mini fridge. Baby booster seat, Pack n' Play and two safety gates are included. Laundry is conveniently located on main floor. Ceiling fans throughout. There is WIFI and five flat-screen TVs with Spectrum TV. The family area TV receives 125+ channels including ESPN, CNN, Discovery, HGTV and locals. All of the TVs include Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Disney, etc. There's also a DVD player and plenty of books to read. Family area has a recliner plus two sofas and a large family dining table. Outdoor amenities include an enclosed shower with hot and cold water, charcoal grill with adjacent seating and picnic area with ceiling fan, and lockable under home storage. Dog friendly (2 dogs under 40 lbs each allowed). In addition to our routine cleaning and COVID cleaning performed when each group departs, a vigorous pet cleaning procedure is included any time there have been dogs present. Bring your fishing gear and golf clubs. CVR guests receive exclusive golf rates at some of the area courses. There are lounge chairs and beach toys available in the under house storage. Dream Weaver will become your perfect vacation spot for family and friends!

Relaxing vacation
We loved our week together as a family. House was clean and kitchen had everything we needed. The proximity to the beach made it so convenient for each family member to come and go as they pleased. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Enjoyable stay - very nice home
We needed a place that was pet friendly for my sons aging Chihuahua and found this home. We prefer the western end of the island, so it suited us perfectly. It also weathered the tropical storm quite well and only lost a bit of siding. Overall, I would recommend Dream Weaver to anyone. We have been coming to Holden twice yearly since 1980 and have seldom found a home as clean and well equipped.

construction ruined what coukd have been amazing stay
please understand thecrating based on loud construction directly across street. and ungroomed grass hard for puppy to manage. yes property manager prompt witth response grass was cut but due to lack sleep because of 7 am construction some of my wedding guests left early and my hubby and i swapped houses with some family to let them rest enjoy sleep in.
home was so beautiful close walk to beach.very very peaceful at night.
we rented 2 homes dreamweaver and thats it.
understanding nothing can be done bout construction but prior to booking heades up construction directly cross street woukd have been considered before booking.
thank you 4 sharing beautiful home.
