With a private walkway to the beach, a stay at this cottage means rest and relaxation is just around the corner. Holden On is also conveniently located less than three miles from popular eateries Castaways Raw Bar & Grill, Provision Co., and Mankins Causeway Cafe.

After a day on the beach, return home for a peaceful evening at the cottage. Make a delicious dinner in the newly renovated kitchen and enjoy your meal in the dining area. Kick back in the living area with your favorite show or movie with the satellite TV and DVD player or unwind with your favorite beach read on the deck or covered porch. Additional amenities include central heat and air, an upgraded tankless water heater, and a private washer/dryer.

A few issues but overall good stay & excellent communication with property management.

When we arrived housekeeping hadn’t cleaned or brought our bedding/towels. So we cleaned the kitchen & bathrooms before we could unpack. Property manager (Kaye) stopped by and was excellent & refunded the cleaning fee & paid for our family of 6 to go to dinner one night. She was so friendly & genuinely concerned about the issues. We also had to get maintenance to come by the same time due to a shortage in one of the outlets, so it had to be replaced due to it sparking. Our last night there was a pretty good rain storm & where the ceiling fan is on the ceiling in the living room stated leaking water. So that was unexpected. This was also a pet friendly house & you would never know that pets had stayed in the house, it smelled just like any other house without pets, which was a plus. Another plus was the keypad to get into the house & not having to go check in to get keys. The property manager (Kaye) honestly made the visit that much more pleasurable because if it wasn’t for her willingness to go above and beyond we wouldn’t have been happy renters for the week. So to Kaye thank you once again, great management & customer service.
