This light and bright oceanfront home features fun seaside cottage décor welcomes you in from the beach, which can be accessed from your private walkway.

Enjoy the amazing ocean view from the broad, covered front porch and the spacious kitchen/living area, which offers plenty of seating for dining or watching movies. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your seaside meals.

The upstairs loft boasts a spectacular view and more comfy seating. Updates are constant here, and 2024 brought some renovations and new paint in the bedrooms. Amenities include central air-conditioning and heat, fiber-optic WiFi, smart TVs with Roku, a wet bar, a washer/dryer, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot water, a lockable storage room under the house, parking under the house, a propane grill, and plenty of parking.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Can’t say enough good things about this house!! Very clean upon arrival which was great! Kitchen was fully stocked which was great! Layout of the rooms was great! Back porch and rocking chairs our favorite part! Loved it so much we already booked it for next year too! Our 5yr old grandson said thanks for letting us stay in your beach house!!

Awesome place for family of four. Holden is a gem and the east end is quiet yet a bike ride to a couple restaurants and ice cream. House was super clean and perfect layout. All the tools required for cooking and grilling we supplied. Beds were comfy. Loved this place definitely will stay again if we can book it!
