Villa Gumonca is exclusively designed 6 bedroom seaside villa with heated infinity swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi hot tub and 250m2 sea view terraces, located just few meters from the beach!! Offering high level of personalized service, luxury equipped and surrounded with eco gardens - this is a place for true well-being...

Our villa is situated on the Brac Island, in the peaceful village Mirca, just few meters from the beach. The villa features over 320 m² of interior decorated with designed furniture and a specious outdoor areas offering fabulous views of the sea and mainland. The villa consists of a main house and guest annex which are connected with porches and terraces. In the main house are 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, extra toilet with a laundry, spacious living room, dining and open plan kitchen area. The guest-annex has 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and additional gourmet kitchen.
Sea side outdoor area features a large patio with roof on stone pillars, bringing shade over a dining table for 14, a pool deck area with a number of sun-beds, jacuzzi whirlpool with 6 seats and heated 24m² infinity swimming pool. Villa is surrounded with gardens and has direct access to a pretty pebble beach. In our organic vegetables garden, guests are free to pick fresh seasonal vegetables and mediterranean herbs.

Price of our villa Gumonca includes final cleaning and additional cleaning service once in a week with towels and linen change, final cleaning, garden and swimming pool maintenance, air conditioning in every room, free WiFi, concierge service and emergency contact on call 24/7.

AVAILABLE ON REQUEST: every day cleaning, airport transfers, private boat tours, island excursions, private yoga classes, massage treatments, chef service, sports and adventure activities, bike or car rental with free delivery to the villa, kayak or sup rental, etc.

SWIMMING POOL HEATING:
Swimming pool heating is included in the price from mid of April to mid October, so you can enjoy in our infinity pool with a view even in beautiful spring and late summer days.
Please note, it is however not a spa pool. At the beginning and end of season, the pool temperature will depend on the weather conditions.
However, our outside Jacuzzi spa hot tub will be warm to enjoy year round just if you keep it covered when not in use. Jacuzzi can be used by maximum 5 to 6 people at the same time.

Incredible villa in perfect location, ideal for large groups with 5 star service from owners.

We just spent a memorable week at Villa Gumonca with my family and 4 other families all with kids under the age of 6. The Villa itself is perfect for large groups and couldn't be more beautiful inside and out. It is equipped with anything and everything you could think of from high chairs, ample deck chairs, laundry equipment etc etc. Just think 5 * hotel and you are on the right track. Every room is like a separate apartment with outdoor living space, lots of room and a separate bathroom. The BBQ and main outdoor eating area is incredible with the pool and many decks being even better than the pictures in real life with sunset views that cannot be forgotten. Only topping the Villa is its location. A short private boat from the airport (45 min - I highly recommend Tamaris Charters) and you arrive at quiet and beautiful Mirca with the Villa just back from the beach with a full working farm plot where you are invited to pick fresh produce to prepare at the house. The water in the mornings is so still and glassy that I will remember my morning swims for a long time to come. The villa is close to Supertar and other nice port towns like Sultivan which we enjoyed.The beach is never busy and at night all you can hear is the conversation flowing after a few bottles of the great local wine! Only topping the villa and the location was the service provide by Sanja, the property manager. From my 1000 emails pre arrival to our numerous and strange requests during the stay, nothing was a problem and she would always respond fast and with a smile. The service is the real wow factor of staying here. From a car driving your luggage the short distance to the villa, to the delicious fig pie greeting us on arrival to the amazing catered feasts we enjoyed a couple of times on the island, Sanja is to be congratulated for making this trip so memorable for my family and the other families who travelled from different parts of the world to enjoy a special week in Croatia. Everyone agreed that this was one of the best holidays they had ever had so thanks again!

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen ... ein super Ort mit super Pool und Strand. Zimmer , Ausstattung etc alles toll. Es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Urlaub in der Villa
