Rent is $99 per day per room, $149 for 2 rooms or $199 for entire house. Pool usage cost extra $100 per week paid on site. Power is National Each bedroom consists of a toilet and bath with bathtub and a closet except one spacious room does not have a full closet. There is a sitting table and chair in each room. The house has a kitchen, living room, family, room, dining room and an office. There is Free Wi-Fi. There is a large pool at the back of the house with a spacious porch which can host up to 50 people around the pool, very ideal for an after wedding gathering or similar outdoor events. There is also a Tennis court, a Table Tennis board, and board games like scrabble, Dame, Oware and Ludo all to entertain and keep you busy. The swimming pool has a high maintenance cost and therefore is an extra charge of $100 for up to 1 week usage to be paid on site renewable per week depending on length of stay.
