An open plan layout seamlessly combines the kitchen, living and dining areas, complete with plush sofas, a TV, and a dining table as well as easy access out to the covered private balcony where alfresco meals can be enjoyed all year round. A spacious modern kitchen includes stone benchtops and stainless steels appliances if preparing your own meals during your stay is desired.



Three comfortable bedrooms each offer ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans and built in wardrobes, while two bathrooms are ideal for the comfort of friends and family members. Within footsteps of the apartment are local cafes and the bustling Birtwill Street shopping precinct as well as the Coolum Beach Hotel.

No Parties or Events – Our homes are for family holidays and peaceful getaways only. Parties, functions, and commercial events are not permitted without prior written approval.

Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am.
