The Sunshine Beach Luxe Coastal Retreat
Welcome to this beautiful and space 2 level townhouse located in picturesque Sunshine Beach. One of only 2 units in the complex, this property has everything you need for an amazing Noosa holiday you will not forget. Recently interior styled by 'Casa Noosa' this home features modern coastal luxe furnishings, all new linen, modern kitchen and open plan living. There are multiple balconies for those cooling ocean breezes and plenty of space over two levels for all the family or couples.
You can either enter via the secure pedestrian gate or the large garage with internal access to the ground level of the townhouse. Here you will find a lovely second living area.
There is a lovely private courtyard to the rear of the townhouse for balmy afternoon relaxation amid the lush tropical trees. There is a beautiful bedroom with single beds to the rear of the ground level. The master bathroom has a bath.
The first level comprises of the light and bright living and kitchen area with multiple balconies for those beautiful cooling ocean breezes. The kitchen with all mod cons flows to the lounge area with huge luxury couch and smart TV. There is an undercover balcony with alfresco dining from the lounge area. The master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite are also on the first level with a large garden view balcony and outdoor furniture.
There is a sofa bed in the 2nd living area for guests over 4. Should you require this to be made up please advise us 72 hours prior to arrival.
