Great location - walking distance to everything at Sunshine Beach. Great view from the unit. Comfortable accommodation. Extra living space on lower level (good for families with teens). Good to know: you have to walk up a few flights of stairs to get up to the unit on the third level.

stunning views, well appointed, suited us to have two separate levels, almost fully contained. Just beware, walk up from beach is hilly, and there are lots of stairs to the penthouse.
