The Space: Welcome to your Twin Waters retreat, a relaxed two-storey home set on a peaceful, family-friendly street just moments from the canal and parklands. Step through the front door into a spacious living area that flows seamlessly to a covered outdoor patio—ideal for alfresco dining or winding down with a glass of wine. The atrium-style courtyard features a private tiled plunge pool with a tranquil fountain, along with a BBQ, outdoor seating, and a grassy yard perfect for the kids.
Inside, the open-plan living area is bright and breezy, with ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. A second lounge room down the hall offers a cosy, private space with a sofa bed and TV—ideal for movie nights or a kids’ zone. There is also a private study overlooking the pool, perfect for catching up on work or enjoying a quiet reading nook. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with a 6-burner gas cooktop, electric oven, full-size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and all the cookware and tableware you’ll need. Essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper are provided to get you started.
Upstairs, natural light and timber-look floors flow through four spacious bedrooms, all fitted with built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 1: The master bedroom includes a super king-size bed, a large walk-in robe, a luxurious ensuite with a full-sized spa bath, and an private deck with beautiful parkland views. Bedroom 2: This room has a queen bed. Bedroom 3: This room includes a queen bed, a single bed, and a private balcony. Bedroom 4: This room is equipped with three single beds, consisting of one bunk bed and one single bed. Second Bathroom: A full bathroom with a bathtub is located on the first floor, conveniently close to the bedrooms.
A ground-floor powder room, internal laundry with washer and dryer, driveway parking, and Wi-Fi add comfort and convenience to your stay. Please do not leave food unattended to due to the native wildlife.

The Neighborhood: Property is located on a quiet family friendly street which is perfect to have a morning stroll along the paths exploring nearby Mudjimba and Marcoola through to Mount Coolum or work on your golf game at the nearby internationally recognised Twin Waters Golf Club. If you wish to watch the water activity find Noojor Road and take yourself towards the water where you can swim and fish and call yourselves locals for awhile.
