This home is set on one level on a quiet leafy street, only a 4-minute drive to Mudjimba beach and Maroochy River and walking distance to Coles, restaurants and cafes. The home is surrounded by lush gardens and has a refreshing plunge pool with a kiddy splash deck, it will take you only moments to relax and unwind. The open plan living includes a spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area brightly and beautifully decorated.All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans. The living area and Master Bedroom has Air Con.
Modern kitchen, induction cook top, oven, microwave, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils with dishwasher. Plastic tableware for the children.
Large Shed/ Garage where you can park your car or lock away valuables such a surf boards, jet ski's and other such items. Laundry is also located in this area with washing machine, clothes drying rack. Iron is located in the master bedroom.
Smoking is permitted in the yard away from windows and doors. Don't smoke in the house or enclosed patio area. Ensure all butts are put out and placed in the bin.
Guest will have all of the house, yard and the swimming pool.
