Guest Access:
Guests can access all parts of the house. There is space to park 2 cars in the carport, there is also space to park an additional car in the driveway. Please note the garage is not for guest use.

The Neighborhood:
You’ll find yourself walking to the beach at every opportunity; sunrise for a coffee, midday for a mimosa, and a wine at sundown.
- Maroochydore airport is a 15 minute drive
- Brisbane airport is a 60 minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 25 minute drive
- Kawana Shopping World and Cinema is a 5 minute drive
- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 5 minute drive
- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 10 minute drive
- Caloundra is a 15 minute drive
- Noosa Heads is a 40 minute drive

Getting Around:
Buses run frequently along Nicklin Way which is about a 250m walk away. Bokarina is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, an expansive retail precinct plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks.

*Please note, there is construction work next door until February, which may cause some noise during working hours. The pricing for this listing reflects this temporary disturbance.

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*Please note that the 'moses' in the cradle plants near the garage and under pool fence can be toxic to dogs if ingested, please take this into consideration if you have a dog that likes to explore or chew.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
