Noosa Lakes Resort hosted The Kids' Cancer Project's national tour team for one night. Although our stay was short, we felt very comfortable very quickly! This was the perfect place to rest and relax before hitting the road again to spread the word that kids with cancer need science. Thank you Noosa Lakes Resort!

We stayed in a Studio room which we found to be just a bit small for a 5 night stay. There were no shelves or drawers for clothes so if it didn't hang, it stayed in the suitcases which was not ideal. Not much storage space for food either and cutlery and crockery was the bare minimum for 2 people - nothing extra to put food on or serve with. Our balcony didn't get any sun at any time during the day which was disappointing. The warm pool was nice and the gardens are very pleasant. Our room needed an upgrade as the curtain, blinds and light shades all had mould and marks on them. The bathroom was ready for an upgrade as well and our mattress was probably close to being changed. While the property is very near the marina the ferry service is not regular and it is a long walk to get to Gympie Terrace and the bulk of the cafes and restaurants.

Just spent two nights at this resort. We stayed in a studio because we didn't want steps to climb. The unit was comfortable and very clean. Everything needed for an enjoyable stay. We had trouble with the tv, phoned reception and in about 10 minutes a very pleasant helpful gentleman knocked on our door. He spent a little while and tuned in the tv for us - no worries. Very prompt response. The pools are sparkling clean and the grounds very well maintained. The location of the resort is very close to the marina with good eateries and the ferry and boat hire. There are other restaurants very close by as well as the RSL club. Our only complaint was the mattress which needs replacing. The springs are shot, very noisy and uncomfortable. Told reception of this when checking out and in their feedback email and was assured it would be attended to. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We loved our seven days at the Resort. The two staff members we dealt with, Nikki & Erin were wonderful. They helped to make our stay very enjoyable and stress free, organising our day trips from pick up to drop off - very efficient and a real pleasure to deal with. The Resort itself was presented very well. A clean and tidy environment around the resort, the pools were clean and inviting, grounds well manicured and looked after. We stayed in a studio and the room was comfortable, clean and perfect for us. We were situated right beside the centre pool and we have no negatives about our stay here. The locality to the Tewantin Wharf where the ferry is situated along with places to eat, was two minutes walk and very handy to the shopping area, as well as easy walk to the local bowling club and Noosaville was an easy 20-25 minute walk away. Would absolutely recommend this Resort to friends, family and acquaintances.

Noosa lakes resort is one of the cheaper accomodation options in Noosa. Close to the river and bike hire available, it's a great way to see all Noosa has to offer. Although not close to Hastings street it isn't a far drive. Lagoon is great for families. Very quiet area with spacious rooms. Staff are friendly. Would stay again.

We were attending a wedding directly across the road from this resort, and this is where most of the guests stayed. We got a nice ground floor studio, which was more like a one bedroom actually. We had a view of the lake and found it to be very quiet, despite it being a busy weekend for the resort. The room was clean and well presented and quite comfortable. I wish we were there longer so I could have seen more of the resort and facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful and I did not experience and issues during my short stay. I thought it to be good value and would stay there again.

Older Receptionist declined to phone unit to advise customer her son had arrived to pick her up, saying "We don't do that" with a smirk and walk away, is not what all other resorts offer. Son had to bang on outer locked door to alert customer he had arrived. I have stayed at Noosa Lakes Resort several times and my son has never had that response before. I won't stay there again.

Overall we had a decent stay at noosa lakes resort. Its in a great spot with shops and takeaway places in close proximity, and the sunset over the lake is beautiful. But there are a few things that i feel need to be mentioned. 2 satchets of dishwashing liquid (and only 3 tea bags) provided for our 7 day stay and dishes are expected to be cleaned before checking out. Which i completely understand but i expect enough supplies to last the week. The room wasnt very child friendly. The shower hadnt been properly cleaned. Reception staff were mostly warm and friendly, but i was a little taken aback when the only suggestion for what to do in the area with a toddler was the cinema.

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, it was very clean & comfortable with everything we needed. The staff were all very friendly. Location was good opposite the marina. Shops not too far away in Tewantin. If I could fault anything it would be the steep staircase leading to the upstairs apartment - a little difficult to negotiate with for us over 60's with a heavy suitcase. Also we did sometimes find it difficult to reverse out of our designated parking spot due to all the greenery along the edge of the driveway - we weren't able to check for other vehicles clearly. But apart from that we were very happy with our accommodation.

I arrived on site and was met by 2 lovely friendly staff. I checked in and was given directions to my room. Well more like a small box with the thinnest of walls. I had the downstairs coop and quickly found it to be quite disappointing. It was like it had been transported from 1971. The sofa smelt and the bathroom was extremely basic. The whole place was noisy from Bigfoot upstairs who obviously was deaf as well as his TV was up full blast. It is a cold feeling place with no comfortable feel at all. I will never ever stay here again and will Not recommend this place to anyone. Not happy 😡😡😡
