Great quick stay hotel

We always love our stay at the Holiday Inn Express! The location is super convenient to Sunshine Plaza and is a short walk to the Esplanade. Rooms are always so clean and comfortable, perfect for our family’s needs. The hotel was extremely busy over the school holiday time, so they could have done with a few more staff to help manage the reception and bar at happy hour. Otherwise staff were very friendly and welcoming. Thanks for another great stay!

The hotel was clean, but the overall service fell short of expectations. Beverage options were limited, and I noticed hidden charges on my card, which I chose not to contest. Room cleaning was only provided upon request, which should not be the standard for this type of accommodation. Chris

The room was clean, comfortable, modern and very relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast included fresh, delicious rock melon and several flavours of Greek yoghurt which were also delicious. The cooked breakfast left a bit to be desired, with tough, dried out bacon and dried, unpalatable scrambled eggs (but it didn't matter as I just stuck to the fresh breakfast after the first morning.
