Downstairs is a beautifully appointed and furnished open plan living, dining and kitchen area offering lots of natural light. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 6 persons opening out onto a private entertaining area surrounded by tropical gardens.
Upstairs are three good size bedrooms sharing a 2-way bathroom, all beautifully furnished, white shutters and air conditioned for your comfort.
The Noosa River offers plenty of activities such as swimming, fishing, sailing, shopping, side walk dining and coffee, all within walking distance and only 6 minutes by car to famous Hastings Street, Noosa's main surf patrolled beach or why not catch our local Ferry to enjoy the sights along the way to the Beach or to just relax and enjoy the serenity of the Noosa River during the day or spectacular views on the very popular Sunset Cruise before Dining out.

Comfortable, clean and very well located. Perfect spot for our family of four for our week in Noosaville. Heads up that the ‘starter pack’ gives minimal supplies that are sufficient for 3-4 days (felt a bit stingy tbh). Very glad we chose to stay in Noosaville rather than Noosa Heads - relaxed vibe with lovely esplanade (perfect for evening walk or sunset drink) and lots of eatery options (recommend 250 Grammi and Sum Yung Guys) or easy ferry or bus ride into NH as desired.

Exceptional unit and value. Only comment was for some minor kitchen stove appliance controls updating. Small complex. Walking distance from everything.
