Guest access:
Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, located on the second floor. Please note that access is via stairs only (no lift)—three flights from the underground car park or two flights from the ground floor.

Longer-term rentals are welcome.

Other things to note:
- We kindly ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own.
- This is a non-smoking apartment and complex. If you do smoke, please do so well away from the building and ensure cigarette butts are properly extinguished and disposed of outside.
- Please observe a courtesy quiet hour from 9 PM to 8AM out of respect for our neighbors. The majority of apartments are owner occupied.
- Only guests listed in the original booking are permitted to stay overnight.
- All items provided in the home are for your use during your stay and must remain on the property. Additional charges will apply for any missing items and/or damage.
- We have a strict no-party policy, including gatherings of any kind. Violations of this policy may result in charges or eviction at the discretion of the hosts.
