Wifi was slow and half the time it didn't work (50% connect for my wife, 10% for me) They kept saying they rebooted router but it didn't help. Hotel is top dollars but very dated rooms, on a noisy road. Bed was okay.

The stay was suitable for our needs. Didn’t appreciate standing at the reception window unacknowledged by the lady in reception who spent considerable amount of time on her phone - a simple smile would have sufficed instead of leaving me to wait. Only liquid soap, no conditioner or face washers

The room we stayed in was very clean and well presented. We were in an upstairs room that requires walking up a staircase. For those people with a physical disability best to ask for a ground floor room. The swimming pool was nice but it does not have stairs or rail to hang onto when entering the pool. Concrete floor is non slip but you still have to be careful. A/Con and ceiling fan in room which was needed as quite hot outside. The TV mounted on the wall would have been better if it had a larger screen. Parking undercover near room which was good. Overall very happy with room and amenities. Would recommend.

From the moment we walked in the door, I was impressed with how clean, well presented and quiet the room was. I live at Gympie and needed to be close to Nambour hospital for an early operation start. If need be, I would defiantly use again.

This is our second time here.Its clean and tidy and out of the way of the rat race. The only down fall this time was we were on the bottom unit and I got woken every time the person upstairs flushed their toilet but no big deal.
