2 Bedroom Top Floor Unit - Ocean Views and Pool
This top floor two bedroom apartment has beautiful ocean views located on the crest of Alexandra Headland. Just a 5 minute walk to Mooloolaba with its famous beaches, cafes and restaurants, retail shops and SeaLife Water World. Enjoy the ocean breezes from your spacious balcony whilst overlooking the ocean and swimming pool.The two bedroom unit is on the top floor of the complex (3rd floor) which is accessible via the lift or stairs. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed whilst bedroom two has 1 x Double bottom and I x single top bunk bed . Each bedroom has fans and plenty of storage in the cupboards. The fully equipped kitchen has recently been renovated and comes with a 4 burner cooktop, oven, microwave and fridge. The unit comes with TV, secure parking and BBQ on the balcony. There is no dining table but there is a breakfast buffet that sits 5 as well as an outdoor setting on the balcony. The bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet. Everything you need is within walking distance. Leave the car at home and make use of the great location and the bus stop right out the front, connecting you to all of the Sunshine Coast including Sunshine Plaza shopping district.
The apartment features a balcony and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
