Outdoor living is easy with two screened porches for enjoying fresh coastal breezes. Located less than two miles from the shore, you’ll love being walking distance to shops and eateries, plus under 10 minutes from an array of scenic golf courses. Sunset Beach Pier is just a lovely 6 minute drive.

Inside, you’ll find a single-level interior with all the comforts of home - including central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer. Cuddle up and watch favorite shows in the open living area. Craft delicious dishes in the convenient full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and lots of handy extras. At night, unwind in one of two plush bedrooms, each with a private bath.

The pool is available through Sea Trail Village Activity Center. Access to this activity center is not included in the cost of the rental. You can purchase a daily or weekly pass to enter the activity center.
The Sea Trail Village Activity Center (VAC), which includes indoor and outdoor pools, a meeting space, a tiki bar, and a restaurant, is closed until further notice for renovations.

Beach 1 mile.

Excellent location, quiet, so close to the beach 😀, large unit. Only 2 of us but could accommodate so many more. Including 2 kitchens (small one as part of lock out unit). You do have to walk up to 3rd floor but once inside you’d feel you were in a single family. Played 18 holes of golf and enjoyed a different restaurant each night.
