The Space

This condo is a third-floor/top level end unit! When you climb the stairs to “Rise Up for the View”, you’ll be treating yourself to amazing views and peaceful surroundings with no neighbors above you!

The primary bedroom has a luxury King bed, spectacular water view, Roku TV, closet leading to a full bath, and bedroom door to the deck. The second bedroom has two high-quality Queen beds, Roku TV, DVD player, mini fridge, microwave, full bath with shower/tub combo, and private screened porch!

This is a recently purchased unit and We take pride in offering a clean and safe environment. The luxury mattresses, box springs, and pillows have high quality zippered protectors. The condo is professionally cleaned and cleaning products are provided. The unit also has 3 smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit. Important: For guest safety, Smart lock codes are changed for each guest!

The common area features an amazing 16’ vaulted ceiling, large Smart TV with Roku, comfortable sofas, full kitchen, dining table, and two modern barstools at the counter. Two sets of sliding doors lead to a wraparound deck with sensational water views and your own “golf show” across the water. Watch the golfers chip and putt to hole #1!

* Relaxed 11 AM check-out time! Many places in this area have a 10 AM check-out time. We want our guests to have a wonderful stay from arrival to departure! What will you do with an extra hour? Sleep in; take a morning walk on the beach; enjoy the view from the condo; take a few more pictures; plan your next visit?

Outdoor Amenities

Guests will have access to tennis courts, picnic grill area, and outdoor pool during seasonal months. You can actually step outside the front door, relax, and watch people on the tennis courts. Just beyond that is the grill area and community pool.

Some grill tools, tennis rackets, and beach towels are provided to enhance your enjoyment of the community areas. Guest Parking access is in the parking lot directly in front of the buildings.

For the safety of all our guests please note that there are NO lifeguards at the community pool or at Sunset Beach. Please follow safety precautions. If you have any questions feel free to ask anytime! (for additional info you can search Brunswick County, NC and Sunset Beach)

Other things to note

Besides the spacious and comfortable condo with its beautiful water/golf views, many visitors enjoy watching the incredible wildlife. Jumping fish, turtles, local gators, and an amazing variety of birds like egrets and herons abound.
