Listing is wrong

The listing stats there are queen beds and there is only 4 (full) size beds not queens. As well the washer was broken-there was a new washer and dryer just sitting in the living room. I contacted the management company with these issue and they blamed the owner and said they had nothing to do with the washer or the listing on vrbo.
