Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Family vacation

Overall property was okay. Pictures of online listing of property definitely need updating as well as furniture in living room and mattresses. Each time a family member would sit in the small swivel chair they were thrown back, piece of furniture is totally warn out. I'm not sure of cleaning company but its apparent they do not pay attention to details,such as floors-we found a dried up frog in kitchen area...gross!As well as bathrooms hadn't been swept. Outside the condo was an amazing view of pond and we saw a small gator. Our family had good time

Awful

We go with VRBO all the time and will again. However,the place was dirty. We came for our nieces wedding. If we could of found another place for 10 we would of left. It took us 2 hrs of cleaning before we could put our stuff in. The lil bit of pans had food so stuck to bottom we had to buy a set. The floors and carpet were not clean. There was public hair in ttubs. Roaches very bad. Some dead on carpet. Holes in wall,stains on sheets, food going down walls ,dish washer not clean dishes, dryer sounded like jet.wall paper pulled off wall. When we left the place was way cleaner then when we got there. As you can see from the yrs I have rented from VRBO. I have never written a bad review. The furniture was old and loose. Couldn't set many at table because it would wiggle. Bar stools coming a part. Nails coming thru carpet that we stepped on. The fridge was nice. The outlets no covers and didn't work. Cracks in tiles and one toilet had a crack in half on back.
