**Includes use of pool complex with indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center and hot tub! Due to the renovation of the Guest Pool Complex, Sea Trail hosts will not be able to offer pool access this summer, however we are providing access to our guests to a beautiful pool complex at a neighbor resort.

"Set Sail" is a Professionally decorated MAIN FLOOR condo in the highly desirable Sea Trail resort. Located near the Sea Trail South entrance which means you can walk to shops and Sunset Beach waterfront park and be on the beach in minutes. Only one mile to the beach and includes a pass for the private Sea Trail beach parking lot.

It is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, on the golf course or exploring the Brunswick Islands. With a full well-stocked kitchen, you have everything you need to cook a meal or take advantage one of the many delicious restaurants just minutes away. The living room is the perfect place to kick up your feet and relax with a new TV with HuluLive, Netflix and more. Everyone loves the beds with tempurpedic mattress toppers and high end linens. (one queen and one full). Enjoy the large screened in porch off of the bedroom and the living room. Full size washer and dryer. Parking directly in front of villa.

Sea Trail is a beautiful neighborhood with walking and biking trails steps from the screened porch and award-winning golf! This year we offer two bikes, beach chairs and umbrella so our guests don't have the additional cost of equipment rental. There are plenty of recreational opportunities available such as award-winning golf, tennis and pickle ball. Or, head over to the dock at the ICW or the beachfront pier for fishing. Sea Trail now has a wonderful new restaurant, Bistro 55.

Our property is near the South Gate which means you are just over the bridge from the beach and can have your toes in the sand in just a few minutes. We are also walking/biking distance to the beautiful Sunset Park on the intracoastal waterway with its beautiful walking trails, docks and views of the water. You can put in kayaks and paddle boards here at the park. Just across the park is the boat launch and some delicious restaurants, coffee shop, gift shops and ice cream.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

We loved our mother/daughter trip here. Owners were very responsive and helpful in answering any questions. Love that chairs, towels and an umbrella are provided. The condo was neat and clean and beds were super comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Sea Trail, Clubhouse Road villa

This is a nicely decorated, clean, comfortable 1st floor villa. The property managers are easy to work with, and were always very quick to respond. Our only complaint was we did not receive timely info from VRBO on the check-in process. Once the property manager was able to resolve this problem, our stay was very enjoyable.

For 2 people it was fine. The layout was roomy. The unit was very clean. Disappointed that the bedroom did not have a tv. 1st floor was a plus! The bed and bedding was comfortable. I would consider going back and use this location again.

Wonderful stay!

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated! The beds were very comfortable and made up with nice linens (which is a huge bonus not having to pack those!) The nice, fluffy bath towels were also provided. The location of this cozy condo is very convenient to the beach, just a short drive over the bridge. The owner, Carly, was very responsive. Our family had a great week and we are already counting down the days until we can come back!

Great place for two of us: comfortable (especially the beds!), excellent location with proximity to beach, local restaurants, and Sea Trail activities. We've stayed at Sunset Beach for several years but this was our first time at Sea Trail. The condo was very updated and clean. There were just two of us this trip so the smaller condo worked perfectly. The pool was just across the street from us and the beach was a very short drive. The owners were very nice and helpful. We had a great stay!

Pleasant and Comfortable Stay

The apartment is well laid out for a small space. Full size appliances in the kitchen were welcomed. The location was perfect for accessing the beach area. Don't miss the short drive for a spectacular sunset. We had a lovely stay in the off season and were sorry we couldn't use the nice, screened porch (too chilly).

Fantastic Stay!

Beautifully decorated condo and so clean. We had everything we needed during our stay. Owners were extremely responsive from the booking process through check-out. We ended up adding a few days at the end of our stay! Perfect location for a quiet stress free vacation.
