4th of July

The condo was just the right size for us. My daughter joined us for part of the time. The master bed was comfortable and the bedroom was spacious. The washer/dryer unit was nice to have in the unit. The small balcony was also nice to have access too. Sea Trail is a nice beach community.

The condo owners are very detailed and communicative. The condo is extremely clean and we felt at home. The amenities and small touches are excellent. We look forward to our return trip!

Weekend Getaway

We had a lovely stay at the property! The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. We are hoping to make Sunset Beach our retirement area.

Very cute and comfy rental, but dog friendly means smells

Owner was super nice and easy to communicate with, condo was very cute and decorated well. Kitchen has a keurig which was a plus and the cabinets are stocked. We had to put the area rug on the balcony for our visit because it had a bit of urine stains and strong smell on it. The main living area is laminate flooring which is great but the bedrooms are still older carpet and being a pet friendly rental, they smelled. To many ignored or poorly cleaned up pet accidents unfortunately. The king bedroom only had a slight smell towards the bathroom area, by the bed it wasn’t noticeable. The queen bedroom was the smellier room, you would just get whiffs of it in certain areas. I couldn’t see any stains though. If they get rid of the carpet in those rooms I would rent again in a heartbeat as that would solve the pet smells. Other than pet smells, the condo is adorable!

Great trip!

Place was very clean and equipped with everything you need. I do wish the beds were a little more comfortable and the comforters were thicker. Also no extra toliet or paper tower wq’s left. Just what was placed for six of us. Other than that, great time and definitely would be back! 😊

Great weekend stay

Good Location with a short drive to the beach. The property owner reached out to me personally to get me know that the ice maker & washing machine was broken & water cutoff reported by previous renter. I appreciated the owner making me aware of broken equipment before arriving.

Clean and Equipped near the beach

First of all the condo was very clean and I believe this is the most important component for a short term rental. The location is a short 5-minute drive to Sunset Beach and the complex has pools to use and golf is right there for an additional cost. It was well equipped with all kitchen items you need with plenty of essential disposables like trash bags and toilet tissue etc. I highly recommend this spot if you want to vacation here or a longer term stay. I would also say there is a good bar food restaurant right in the same complex (House’s Place at the Beach) that you can walk to and the food was very good.

Great Fall stay

The apartment at Sea Trails was just perfect for two (though could comfortably have had 4). Clean and comfortable, with well stocked kitchen, and supplies for laundry, bathrooms, etc. So close and convenient to beach, restuarants, golf, etc.

Updated fun!

The place has been updated and we enjoyed staying there. We were not worried about our granddaughter crawling on the floor and couch. It was so clean. She loved sitting on the balcony watching people and cars go by. So close to the pool. Great location.

Excellent Stay!

We could not ask for a better stay at this condo! The condo was spotless upon arrival. We have been to many beach destinations, and this was hands down the cleanest place we have ever stayed at. The owner was amazing as well. Any questions we had prior and during our stay, he quickly responded to us each time. The unit itself was beautiful. The pictures are spot on to how the unit looks. Overall, we had an excellent stay at this unit!
