Two Stunning houses on lakefront lot. 9-beds, 5-baths oasis on 7 acres at Lake of the Ozarks, MM10, Sunrise Beach. Sleeps up to 22 comfortably. Relax in the private pool or host epic gatherings at the poolside bar. Smash serves on the rare indoor pickleball court for endless fun. Enjoy direct lake access and modern interiors. Perfect for groups, this retreat blends luxury and play.



The Space:

Two Lake front gems, at LOZ, MM10, Sunrise Beach. The Sunrise houses offer 9 bedrooms between the two houses. When you rent Sunrise you have access to both houses, pool, dock and private court. These also come with plenty of parking!



Inside:

House 1: Spacious 6 bed, (5 King, 2 queen, king sofa sleeper), 3 bath. Has a large kitchen with plenty of deck seating overlooking the lake and pool. The pickleball court sits directly behind this house in the garage.

House 2: Chic 3 bed (all kings), 2ba with private pool & vibrant pool bar. This property has a fully stocked kitchen as well.



Direct access to dock for both houses perfect for boating, swimming and fishing!



Outside: We have a private Pickleball court on site in a garage. There's a private pool deck with a large bar overlooking the water. Large dock for swimming, boats and fishing! The dock has a 9x24 swim platform and a 20x40 slip for guest use!



Our Check-In is 4pm and Check-Out is 10am unless otherwise arranged. You will receive detailed information about Sunrise houses when you make your reservation and will get your specific access codes the day before you arrive.



Our home is smoke free, no pets, we also have a Ring doorbell, and the minimum age to reserve is 25.



Guest Access:

You have full access to the entire property, backyard, and pickleball court! Enjoy the stunning view while catching a fish on the dock.
