With the private one-well dock, a private beach that lets you walk directly into the water, and a firepit where you can gather your people and enjoy the outside, you may not even want to leave the house during your stay; however, if you do get the urge to explore the Lake area, this newly built home (2024) is located less than 15 minutes from the popular Bagnell Dam Strip by car, as well as many of the best restaurants and night spots at the Lake and with the property being located on the 15 mile marker, there are also several outstanding restaurants and destination spots all within a 15 minute boat or PWC ride as well. Two sofa beds (full size) and two living areas allows for everyone to spread out and have plenty of room. This family-friendly house also has an indoor ping pong table, water toys outside, a bbq grill and two oversized outdoor decks to help make your stay even more fun. The house is in the back of a cove and the water around the dock is a bit shallow coming in at 4' around the dock.
