Used to love Hotel Seri Malaysia chains when I was a kid but this one is just terrible. The cleanliness is super poor. The room floor full of lizard’s poo and dusty, toilet needs deep scrubbing, furniture broken. The prayer room is dirty as well. Pool needs maintenance as it has loose tiles, my husband got a cut while using the pool. For the price paid, you can get much much much better rooms at other hotel. This place has potential, please do better.

Convenient but needs more attention on cleanliness

The check-in was nice, the staff were helpful. Kids really enjoyed the pool and nearby beach. However, there is a cleanliness and maintenance issue in the room. Sinks are leaking, toilet smells, floors are sandy, dusty.

Average hotel near the beach

The hotel is great in terms of location as it is close to the beach. There's great seafood restaurant nearby. The pool is nice. The service is OK but the room is not so clean especially the toilet. It's what you expect for the amount of money you pay

Disappointed. There was some kind of function going on, therefore we had to go to the beach restaurants. All we could find suitable was a chicken and rice stall that sold burgers. Brilliant if you love seafood and know how about getting your own dinner for the chefs to cook.

Nice short affordable family vacation

We a family of three stays for a day during non peak day (public holiday) and get affordable price stay. We plan to get a resort that have a pool and also beach. But the pool is small and the beach is quite far away. The hotel condition is also considered aging and old. But overall for the price is affordable and reasonable. The breakfast is average, but would be better is got scramble eggs.
