Sun Valley Retreat

A few years ago, we purchased this condo from dear friends after honeymooning and vacationing in Sun Valley every year for the past 34 years. We updated the unit by installing a stacked washer dryer, replaced beds, added high speed internet and cozy, river rock gas fireplace to make you feel right at home. We encourage outdoor enthusiasts to experience everything Sun Valley has to offer as we have done as a family over the decades.
The space:
This property is a comfortable, ground floor condo for a family or friends looking for a vacation home to relax after hitting the slopes or enjoying the outdoors. It stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer. There is a main bedroom with a king bed and an additional room perfect for another couple or for up to three kids with a queen bed and upper twin bunk as well as a wall mounted smart tv. The one bathroom is spacious with 2 sinks and a separate shower/toilet area with a door. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals at home while there are many local restaurants we can recommend as well. While we do not have cable, our smart TVs are set up to access the usual streaming apps. In the spring, summer and fall, the large deck extends the living area and is well equipped with patio furniture and electric barbecue as well as optional shades.
Rental includes access to our own Bluff swimming pool/hot tub/dry sauna that is a short 1 minute walk from the condo and offers beautiful views. Rental also includes amenity passes to Elkhorn Village Amenities (4 minute drive from condo that includes a seasonal outdoor pool/hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts) and Harker Center Amenities (7 minute drive from condo that includes a seasonal outdoor pool/hot tub/sauna, tennis courts and playground) during the May-October season.
The condo is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Great Location and Amenities

Great place to wake up and wind down the day. Coffee and reading on the deck were highlights. Took advantage of proximity to Sun Valley Village and Ketchum so spent majority of time out and about. Plus easy to mix in a day trip to Alturas, Pettit, or Redfish lakes. Mostly drove but an easy enough walk to shuttle/bus stop which we did one night for dinner in Ketchum. Big fan of the multiple pools and the pickleball courts. Overall a fantastic place to take advantage of all the outdoor activity options.

Fantastic Condo. Rent Now!

Get this condo! The location is spot on. The pool is beautiful scenery lookout. The condo has a huge deck with furniture for relaxing and huge table/benches for eating cooking and playing cards. Beds comfy. Pillows comfy. House clean and well equipped with cooking essentials. Knives! Real proper cutting knives I cut my entire watermelon vs typical rental properties have junk knives. You will not regret this place so stop looking and click rent now. Close to hiking biking and fly fishing we’re our top activities. Place on deck to store lock bikes. Just can’t say enough about the place. I’m sure it would be great for winter ski trips. We stayed in the summer and just loved the place. Condo complex was quiet and respectful the week we were there and some local neighbors extra friendly. The lady upstairs was super nice. Bathroom double sink and plenty of towels. Washer dryer in room to do quick load of laundry mid week so you can pack light. Quick email communication and easy checkin with combo lock in door no keys needed. You will be happy you rented this place.

Great relaxing vacation!

We loved staying at this property. Clean and perfect for our family of 5. The kids room was cosy, but not too small for our three kids 12 and under. The pool had a beautiful view and usually we had it all to ourselves. Enjoyed playing pickleball at a nearby property which was included in the stay. Kitchen was well stocked and owners were fantastic to work with. Would highly reccommend!
