Esta casa de lujo de 3 niveles con acceso directo a las pistas de esquí es el lugar perfecto para sus vacaciones de invierno o verano.
Muebles elegantes, cocina gourmet, chimenea de gas, estacionamiento privado, jacuzzi privado, parrilla. ¡Esta unidad tiene todo!
El nivel de entrada incluye lavadora y secadora en la unidad y una sala con televisión y 2 juegos de literas gemelas (4 camas). El segundo nivel tiene una salida a la cubierta frontal con hermosas vistas a la montaña y un porche trasero con barbacoa y bañera de hidromasaje. Cálido y acogedor, este piso cuenta con un baño de 2 piezas, cocina totalmente equipada, comedor y gran sala con TV de pantalla plana, chimenea de gas y sofá cama. El tercer piso tiene 2 dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama litera doble sobre cama queen. Ambas habitaciones tienen televisores, vestidores y armarios. Hay un segundo baño completo en este nivel. Los baños, la cocina y la entrada cuentan con pisos de baldosas con calefacción y hermosos gabinetes y puertas de abeto.
Una caminata tranquila y serpenteante de 10 minutos a través del camino del valle (iluminado por la noche) hasta el pueblo y 5 minutos en esquís hasta la base del monte Morrisey. La piscina climatizada al aire libre y la pista de patinaje también están a pocos pasos.
Conocido mundialmente por su esquí, Sun Peaks es también un fantástico destino de verano con un hermoso campo de golf de 18 hoyos, paseos a caballo, ciclismo de montaña, caminatas por las flores silvestres, geocaching y, por supuesto, visitas diarias al chocolate y helado Rocky Mountain ¡tienda!

Winter ski trip

Stayed here for a week with my husband and son. The unit was clean and had everything you could need. We lived the location, close to walk to the village, ski-in ski-out and in a nice quiet area.

Wonderful Vacation

Location was fantastic. Easy ski in/ski out from the end of the road (2 minute walk). Equipped with everything you'd need and the owner was in contact a few times to ensure our vacation was going well. Great bedroom set up for our group and the hot tub was wonderful at the end of each ski day. We would definitely stay again.

We've stayed with the host in the past, and we will likely book with them in the future. The location is excellent, and the townhouse is tastefully decorated. Communication was quick and efficient.

Lovely home in a very nice spot

We had a great stay and everything was nice and organized. Close to the village, close to the lifts. We had our family of four plus another family of four and we were very comfortable.

Loved our stay

Great property - well equipped, warm and comfortable beds. Very nice hosts were fanastic to deal with. Trails Edge is a good location it's about 5 mins walk to the end of the street which gets you a trail that takes you to Orient and Morrisey chairlifts. Only a short walk (10 mins) into the village. We would happily stay again.

Just what we hoped for.

My family of four plus extended family had a fantastic 3 week stay in Sunpeaks at this property. The property was very well equipped, particularly with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Our Host, Mary, was most attentive to any requests. I have no hesitation in recommending this property for a stay in Sunpeaks.

Great for family ski vacation

This is a wonderful property for family ski vacation. The townhouse is well located with great access for ski in /out and easy walk to the village. The townhouse is very well maintained, fully stocked and clean. Owners provide excellent communication. We would highly recommend this property.

Great place!

The town home was just as advertised on the website. Very clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The village was about a 10 minute walk and the ski in and out access made getting to and from the slopes convenient. Having the hot tub right outside the back door was also nice. Would stay here again on a return visit to Sun Peaks.

Charming condo great location!

Perfect walking distance to the village/ski hill. Perfect spot to ski in/out as well. The condo has everything you need. Hot tub was fantastic after our long ski days. And the heated tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms were an added bonus- our favorite part (little kiddos ate their breakfast sitting on the kitchen floor!). We'll definitely return!

Great place, friendly & helpful hostess

property was as advertised, was clean and well stocked, clingwrap, salt, utensils, etc. We plan to return every year and will happily come back to this property. The hostess was excellent with giving us information on ski tickets, what's going on etc. She made the stay a lot easier for us and we felt very welcome in her place.

Lots of room

Our group of 6 had plenty of space. A variety of beds fit our group well. Kitchen was well stocked. We walked to the nearest ski run or skied on the street on the snowy days. Short drive to the village. Host communicated everything we needed to know for a great trip!
