The bathroom wall had black mold. The hair dryer fell off the wall, the sink faucet handle came off when I went to turn water on. Killed two German roaches. Worst place I have ever stayed in. The Manager offered me a discount on next stay. Told him I was there for a funeral and would not be returning in future. Did not offer any other compasation.

They are doing remodeling, which makes some areas messy with construction. The areas that are remodeling look nice. For the price, a good place to stay.

The location looks as if it needs to closed. The parking lot was torn up and had lots of pot holes with parts of it taped off with caution tape.The rooms were extremely dirty. We had to ask to be switched to another room, due to the fact that it was so dirty. After being switched to another room it was just as dirty as the first. We ended up buying our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the room ourselves. Walls were splattered with unknown substances and drawn on with markers. Nats were flying around in the room. Bathroom walls were filthy and the door was damaged and wouldn't close. Dirty sink and mirrors. The hair dryer fell off the wall. The room was dusty with cob webs. The wall sockets weren't working and if they did you were almost shocked plugging in anything, majority of the lighting didn't work in the room. Holes in the wall. Bed sheets had cigarette burn holes in them. The mini fridge leaked water all over the floor and froze everything whether you wanted frozen or not. We weren't told of the complementary breakfast. Front desk staff were very unprofessional in attitude and attire.

This place is falling apart. Parking lots was half dirt and the other half chunks of concrete. The front desk guy gave me a room that was already occupied. Went up to the room and the door was open. I looked in and someone was already there. It also looked filthy which was representative of the rest of the property. I was totally uncomfortable staying there so I went down the road and booked somewhere else. Front desk refused to give me a refund. I do not know why Hotels.com even lists this property. I have booked numerous time with you and this is by far the worst experience ever.

I stayed here for four nights and cooked a meal on the last night. The property is under construction and it looked like a construction zone. There was no ventilation in my room requiring me to open the door to air out the smoke while cooking. That was when my dog got out of the room, and we returned home without him. Fortunately, someone found him, and we made a second trip to retrieve him. We stayed at the same hotel out of convenience, but I'd never stay here again.

The grounds are nothing like the pictures and the service is very bad. The toilet wouldnt stop running, the keys had to be reset daily...Looks like its been under construction for years...would not recommend and very disappointed that hotels.com has it on their site..smh

DO NOT Book this hotel.

It was HORRIBLE!!!!! I wish I could do zero stars. I booked 2 nights coming in town from Atlanta for the death of my Aunt. The first night the power went out from 9pm until 3am. Me, my husband and our young children had to stand outside of the hotel for hours. After being so hot and tired we went to stay with a family member. We could not get in the room once we left, I needed my medicine and my daughter breathing treatment. Guy at the front desk asked me if I had something sharp to open the door. The next morning I called the front desk to ask if the power was back on and how we would be compensated. She told me that she would refund me for the night I didn’t stay but I had to pay for the night that I didn’t stay because of no lights. Upon checking out the WHITE guest told us that they received a free night but the black people had to check out. Do not book this hotel. They are rascist. I wanted to slap her face at the front desk so bad

The hotel lobby did not have AC the 2 days I was there. Language barrier with ALL staff. Our room was dirty upon check in. There is a gap in the door so there was dirt, pieces of small trash, and critters of all sorts that came in through the gap in the door pictured below a towel in front of it. The bed was absolutely disgusting sheets had not been changed, yet the bed was made. There was something spilt on top of the fridge door. Inside was dirty and not wiped down/sanitized. Dr¥g deal happened multiple times outside our room door. We left to go get dinner, gone an hour or so and came back to our room smelling like weed as if someone smoked in our room. The parking lot is HORRENDOUS!!! Expect to get an alignment upon leaving because there’s so many you’re almost entitled to hit 1 or 2 on your way in or out. Please don’t listen to the rest of these reviews like I did. Pay the extra $$$ and stay somewhere else. Especially if you have small children like me.
