Perhaps the hotel had to receive two big groups (some company anniversary event), I find both the service and the quality of food was so-so. I didn't expect dinner would be buffet, thought it would be served meal. Regardless, the food at the buffet wasn't cooked very nicely, some was overcooked.. and there were empty dishes, waiting to be refilled (for quite some time). Staff were friendly though

外国人スタッフの方が数人おられましたがとても礼儀正しく親切に対応していただきました。 敷地内に釣りができるスペースがあったり子どもが楽しめるような工夫がたくさんしてあって驚きました。 夜の部屋食で少しペースが遅かったのが残念でしたがそれ以外はとても満足です。

2回目の宿泊です。 ホテルの目の前から無料で24時間釣りができます。昼過ぎ、夜、朝と釣りをしましたが、それぞれで3匹程の釣果でした。前回は2時間程で10匹くらい釣れました。今回はスタッフさんが少なかったですが前回同様、とても親切でした。釣りやすい竿とそうではない竿とがあるので、釣れないときはスタッフさんに声をかけると良いと思います。 旅館はサウナ付きですが水風呂がないのが残念、、 夕食はビュッフェで、注文後に焼いてくれる淡路牛が美味しかったです。

The room with the outdoor onsen is at the lowest floor. Unfortunately the corridor is with the smell of mould and the smell is very serious within the room. Cockroaches were found and I did kill one at 4 am. I told the reception staff at check-out in the morning, appears that they did not show any care about this.

景色がよく、ホテルの前で釣りができました。丁寧に教えてくださり、初めてでも釣り上げることができ、楽しめました。 ビュッフェの食事も夕食・朝食いろいろなものがあり、楽しく選んで、美味しくいただきました。 お部屋は古いですが、とてもきれいでした。 大浴場は脱衣場は清潔でしたが、大浴場の木のイスと桶は少しぬめっとしていたので、プラスチックでも良いのではないのかなと思いました。 風呂上がりに無料のドリンクがあり、淡路島牛乳を飲みました。とても美味しかったです。
