"Woke up in the middle of the night to find a bug crawling on the pillow. Pulled off he sheets to see bed bugs. We left immediately. Spoke with management and was told we would be refunded. When I called the next day they had no record of it even though we showed pics. Sent an email with a photo and never heard backs it was a nightmare and they don’t care. Do not recommend!"
