Lovely Vacation Home with Large Enclosed Porch!
This beautiful, newly remodeled home, is an island oasis and is located right across the street from the open water for spectacular sunrise's, ocean views and great breezes!
The main living room features a TV, Wifi, a sleeper sofa, comfy chairs and from the sliding glass door, leads to a large enclosed porch with floor to ceiling windows to bring the outdoor in and enjoy water views.
The sunroom is furnished with comfortable island rattan sofa and chairs, so you can relax the day away and it also serves as a great room for entertaining.
The Master Bedroom features a queen bed with closet, storage and a smart TV.
Additional amenities include central AC, Ceiling Fans, 2 kayaks and 2 bikes.
The resort collects it's own $125 fee at the gate when you check in. This fee is per stay and you do not pay it again no matter how long you are renting. This is separate from the cottage rental fees and covers the resort amenities. A parking permit will be issued at the gate while you are renting the house and you can pay a nightly storage fee for boat/ trailer or extra vehicles storage in the overflow parking lot.
