This is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located in quiet Cudjoe Gardens. The house includes a hot tub, large 100 ft. dock with fish cleaning station and is equipped with water and electric, laundry room, and boat trailer parking! The spacious Master Bedroom includes a walk-in tub/shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and private bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of room for you to cook up the fresh catch of the day. There is plenty of parking for boat trailers and extra vehicles. Just down the street is a marina with a boat ramp for your convenience. Whether you relax in the hot tub with a cool drink or out on the water for some fishing until sunset, you are sure to enjoy your stay here. Not to mention, the location of this beautiful property is great and only 20 miles to Key West!

The best of everything!

The house is convenient to good fishing, restaurants, grocery shopping, golf at Key West,and it’s quiet and peaceful . It’s only 20 minutes to Key West! It’s nicely decorated and clean. I would not hesitate to book it again. The hosts are very accommodating and it was a perfect winter getaway. Highly recommend this for your next vacation!

Relaxing Key Destination

This beautiful home located on a canal leading to vast open water was fabulous. Very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was a welcome way to relax after a busy day biking, fishing or exploring the lower keys. Jeff and Abby were very quick to respond to questions and provided several tips on things to do. The kitchen was well outfitted for in-home meal prep which is important during this covid time. The screen porch and corner lot provided great spots to relax outdoors. I would love to return next year.

Peace and quiet in cudjoe

Great base to fish the Atlantic and Gulf of the cudjoe key area. Plenty of canal footage with great views from every room of the house. Jeff is a very friendly, accommodating host. Already looking forward to next year.

Our stay at Jeff's Gudjoe Gardens home was absolutely wonderful. The online description of the home and property was quite accurate and the location is perfect for a quiet place to stay that is still close enough to the larger islands of Key West and Big Pine for shopping, dining out, and other activities. The home is beautiful and a comfortable place to relax both inside and out. Jeff and his daughter Abby were great hosts always friendly and quick to respond to a text or phone call anytime we had a question. We didn't want to leave but hope to return next year. Thank you Jeff and Abby for making our stay in the Keys so pleasant!
