The bathroom is comfortable and has a shower with emotional lights. Hair dryer provided inside the bathroom.
The bedroom is spacious, with a beautiful four-poster bed, two wardrobes, a dresser, a large mirror and a flat-screen TV.
Throughout the apartment there is electric panel heating with touch controls for air dehumidifier and free Wi-Fi service.
Outside there is a table where you can spend time relaxing or having lunch or dinner in the open air.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in Altstadt
Für zwei Personen gut ausreichende, sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Lage mitten in der Altstadt und trotzdem sehr ruhig (Straße nur eingeschränkt befahrbar). Das eigene Fahrzeug kann kostenlos ein paar Gehminuten entfernt sicher geparkt werden. Davide und Francesca sind sehr hilfsbereit (Top-Hosts).

Entspannung pur am Iseosee
Davide und Francesca sind sind immer ansprechbar und helfen, wo sie können (auch wenn bisweilen sprachliche Barrieren bestehen können). Das Marta Apartment ist sehr zentral gelegen und liebevoll eingerichtet, ideal für ein Paar. Supermarkt, zahlreiche Bars die Anlegestelle für die Fähren - alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe fußläufig erreichbar.Die kleinen Gassen sind malerisch. Wir sind sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal im Casa del Comandante gewesen.

Ein Haus mit Vergangenheit ein Platz mit Zukunft
Ein wunderbares Kleinod vom Besitzer Davide liebevoll restauriert. Ein Schmuckstück in Sulzano in einer kleinen Gasse fußläufig vom Anleger nach Monte Isola mit allen Annehmlichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs. Das Appartment und der Vermieter haben uns liebevollst empfangen. Ein absolutes Schmuckstück zum wohlfühlen mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Das Casa del Comandante liegt in einer herrlichen ruhigen Seitengasse zum Hafen von Sulzano und birgt im Schatten der Terrasse herrliche Ruhe. Das Appartment Marta, das wir bewohnten ist gemütlich und maritim geschmackvoll eingrichtet. Der Vermieter Davide war jederzeit erreichbar und absolut symphatisch. Sulzano ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle Aktivitäten in der Umgebung und bietet Möglichkeiten für jedewede Art von Aktivität . Radeln, Wandern, Baden,... alles in kurzer Distanz möglich. Ein Parkplatz und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Gastro in der Nähe. Wir reisen viel und vornehmlich im Sektor Ferienwohnung. Wir haben unser Kleinod hier gefunden und können es nur empfehlen. Arrivederci im besten Sinne ! Danke Davide !!!

Tolle kleine, gemütliche Ferienwohnung ( super für 2 Personen), ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Kommunikation super unkompliziert, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, unmittelbar am See. Zum ruhig gelegenen Badestrand läuft man ca. 5 Minuten. Kleiner Supermarkt und Pizzeria sind direkt um die Ecke -> nur zu empfehlen :)

Gemütlich, sauber und schön gelegen
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gewesen und es hat uns eigentlich an nichts gefehlt. Nur in der Küche hätten wir vielleicht noch mal das ein oder andere wie zB einen Schneebesen oder einen Pfannenwender gebrauchen können. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt und auch für spätere Fragen stand Mara immer über Whatsapp zur Verfügung wo man auch nicht lange auf eine Antwort warten musste. Für uns zwei war die Ferienwohnung perfekt aber für vier leute wäre die Wohnung meiner Meinung nach bei einem längern Aufenthalt vielleicht ein wenig eng. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und man hat den Supermarkt, ein hübsches Restaurant, die Turiinfo, die Fähre oder ein paar nette Bars dierekt um die Ecke. Zum baden sind wir meist ca. 5min an einen kleinen Strand am Ortsausgang von Sulzano gegangen, dort ist eine kleine Wiese und ein Kiesstrand wo man gut den Tag verbringen kann.
