Private: property 1'000 m2 with trees, meadow. In the complex: washing machine (for shared use). Motor access (50 m via unmade road). Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Heidersbach Waldbad" 1.5 km. Ski lift 2 km.
2-room house 60 m2 on 3 levels. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: on the lower ground floor: shower/WC, Sauna. Upper floor: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), CD-player and DVD. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Top floor: (ladder) open, 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and 1 double bed. Gas heating. Balcony 12 m2, terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2).
