We did not book through hotels.com but if you’re asking, I can tell you it’s one of the more beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The staff was amazing the building incredible our room spectacular. Everything about it was absolutely stunning. But we did not book through hotels.com so I’m not sure why I’m being asked to do this.

Beautiful hotel!

Absolutely beautiful! We loved the hotel! Its a lovely historic building that has been renovated, the room was huge in comparison with other European hotel rooms, and service was great too! The lady at the front desk went above and beyond by even making our dinner reservations.

Lovely 15th century mansion

This is a beautiful property in a 15th century mansion in a lovely little town. It was great to have private secure parking and the staff was so helpful. The bar was a great little spot and breakfast was delicious. There is no restaurant however and only selected options at the bar. We were there in mid-November and restaurant options in town were limited. Overall highly recommended and reasonably priced.

Reading some previous us reviews I am not sure what some people are expecting when they book an historic hotel? This is a beautiful individual old building furnished in a delightful appropriate manner. Yes, it is a little dark but that's how it was 500 years ago. We were welcomed by Eva and shown where to park. All the staff could not have been more helpful. It has a lovely little bar and serves a lovely breakfast. The situation is right in the centre of the old town, which is wonderful to walk around after all the day visitors have left. Our room had a delightful little balcony and was very comfortable with a huge comfy bed. It is a little " noisy" creaky floorboards, water in pipes etc but that is the nature of this age of building. It was perfectly quiet overnight. We loved it and would certainly stay again. Thank you
